Take Interstate 5 North to the Valencia Blvd exit. Turn right and 
take Valencia Blvd toward Santa Clarita. Go one block past Magic 
Mountain Pkwy 126 to Creekside Dr. Turn right. Take next right 
into the parking lot.

The traffic has definitely settled down by 7:30 or so. 
I'll ask the bookstore  what kind of activities they have planned (or 
when they will know) and how they feel about grownups showing 
up in costume. 

There's a Starbucks in the store and a Baja Fresh nearby, also a 
Sushi place I haven't tried and a Ben and Jerry's icecream. 
There's an Appleby's, but the Carrows across the street is better.
