I just called the store. The way it works is, if you have pre-ordered 
the book, you can get a ticket starting at 8:00 PM. This holds your 
place for getting the book. The store's phone number is 661 
254-6604, BTW. 

 I had to talk to three different people to get hold of 
someone who could actually answer questions, but they were all 
very nice.

 The activities will include a palm reader, tarot card reader, two 
picture spots with the characters, Harry theme drinks and 
snacks at the instore Starbucks, costume contest for all ages, 
and a sweepstakes entry card for the web contest --grand prize 
is a trip to London. Additional activities are planned, according to 
the person I spoke to.

I'm looking forward to seeing you all. What time are people 
planning to arrive?
