[HP4GU-California] March Meeting!

Hi, Everyone!

Ack! I had meant to post something about a possible date before someone else got around to it, but I was really busy this week and never managed to do it. 

I would rather we not have the get-together on the 14th, because someone I know wants to come to our Berkeley meet-up, and the 14th is the only day in March that she *can't* come. <g> Is there a chance we could move it up a week, and hold it on the 7th instead? We'll be that much further from St. Patrick's Day, too, that way. <g> Plus, it means we get to have fun a whole week sooner! :-)

I would also like to propose that we schedule a meet-up on the 4th of April, as I have a friend up from southern California who'd like to meet everyone up here! I thought I'd wait to see how we like the place in Berkeley before choosing a venue for the next meet-up, but if we can agree to this date, we can all put it on our calendars now. 

Sorry for not posting this sooner! Please let me know if we can change the date for March . . . and then I'll post to the LJ as well. Rick, would you be able to change the reservation for the 7th instead? Thanks!

Okay,here's the deal,and if anyone has suggestions or other ideas,let me know. I've reserved the private room at Beckett's Irish Pub in Berkeley for Sunday,March 14,at 4:30pm. They dont open until 4pm,so I had to make it for this time. I told them there would be at least 10 of us,hopefully more. The only thing that might be a problem is that this is their only private room,and if another large party wants the room at the same time,we will have to share with them,as they couldnt give us the whole room to ourselves for just 10 people...I guess it's a large room. But,the guy told me that it's unlikely that will happen on a Sunday afternoon. I am already gathering surprises for everyone. I had alot of fun at our meeting before and am excited about the next one,I hope everyone can make it! Oh! Did you hear that "Prisoner of Azkaban" will also be playing in IMAX Theatres as well as regular theatres? And that LEGO is coming out with the purple Knight Bus(242 Pieces)with Harry in street clothes? And also,the movie soundtrack CD for POA comes out in May?
