Midnight Parties in Southern California

Hi!  There's two great midnight release events being organized for the
greater Los Angeles area that I know of - one in LA, one in Orange County.

The Los Angeles one is at:

You can keep tabs on what'll be happening at both events through

Irvine party, just search for the LA one).  You can also watch the

call ahead and reserve your copy - if they know more people are
coming, they'll plan more fun activities.

There will be representatives from Lumos (http://www.lumos2006.org/)
and FictionAlley (http://www.fictionalley.org/) at the Irvine one, as
well (*waves representatively*).  Obviously, pretty much any large
bookstore will have some sort of event, but we're trying to bring as
many fandomers together as we can for a few spectacular parties rather
than dozens of all right ones.  Both of them should be fun
opportunities to kill time with lots of fellow obsessees.  Hope you
