Well, I have a 7-year-old, and I have absolutely no ideas for you.  I
haven't read her the books yet (I don't think she'd be able to handle
the scary parts), so I don't know what would be attractive to someone
of that age.  Sheesh, I'm almost ashamed of myself.  Sorry I can't
help you out!
