That's weird.  The original Technical Incompetent (me) is able to open
these files (once Paul converted Anna's file to Word that is).  My
browser is prompting me to either "open" or "save" the file.  I've been
opening, and it pops up in Word.  Could there be something weird where
only one member can view a file at any given time?  If so, I could be
the problem as I've had those files open all afternoon (been meaning to
start creating the master FAQs list).

'fraid I'm not the person to really resolve this though.  Maybe Paul or
Melanie can step in with some thoughts.
