[HP4GU-FAQ] Opening the message files

Could those files be in Works, Neil?  If so, they are not compatible with Word. (or Office)

  I want to view the two files that have been completed, but all seem

  I get is gobbledegook - either one line of it, or pages of it, but no 
  words.  I've tried opening the files from here, and I've tried saving 
  them to disk and opening them from there.  I've tried Word 95 v, 7.0, 
  Wordpad and Notepad.  I've also tried txt, rich text and doc formats.

  Um - anyone know what's wrong?  I'm sure I'm overlooking the 
  obvious...
