I think this sort of thing will fall under the "Inconsistencies &
Mysteries: PoA" (or which ever book seems most appropriate).  PoA would be
most appropriate for the Lupin question since that's the only place he's
appeared so far.

I know you answered this yourself later but thought I'd reiterate for
others that think we do want to include the "unexplainable" under those
"Inconsistencies & Mysteries" categories.  Hope it isn't too much trouble
for you to back-track Paul.
