                                                        Importance:

Normal

I can't see any reason why that wouldn't work, right now - we could also
say Read the full license at Post
Number 7___ instead of on a website - and if the law changes, then we can
change the Club Message - also, if
we post the whole thing to the list, then everyone who read the messages
OR gets the emails will know about
  it.

Also, because of Euro copyright laws, I'd like to add in the phrase "moral
rights" in the list of what you're
  licensing.

I'm not a lawyer [no surprise there], but can't we include a
simplified reference in the club message, noting a URL which explains
it in the legal mumbo-jumbo?

Something along the lines of...

"If you post to this Club, you also grant the Founders the right and
license to use such Content in other contexts. At this time, the
Founders only intend to use the Content of your posts in archiving
prior Club messages at a back-up website and in creating Club FAQs.
If you have any concerns about infringement of your copyright, you
are advised to read the full legal disclaimer at http://www.something-
or-other.com"

I suspect you'll scream 'NOOOOOO!' at me, but it's worth a try :)
