Hi --

Given the morass of messages on Fudge in the last few days, I'm afraid I
know the answer to this but . . . . should I be including those
discussions under Wizarding World -- Govt?  I don't think we have
another FAQ that Fudge would fit under, do we?  I'm done except for
working in these discussions.  So, if I am to include this, I will let
the discussions continue awhile before uploading my draft.
