[HP4GU-FAQ] style things

As a reader (there is no way I am going near this FAQ project, shudders...), I would appreciate the post #'s on the bottom of the "paragraph/FAQ.  It would make it easier to locate the "source".

  I would favour the idea of a list of references at the bottom of the FAQ,
  which could include club message numbers, books, web sites and other sources
  as appropriate, with each numbered in the same way as Simon illustrated with
  his footnotes.  

  e.g.

  1. HP4GU #2345, #3456
  2. CoS, Ch.5
  3. www.somesite.orother.com/hpotter.html
  4. eG #269, #303
  5. Webster's Dictionary, whatever edition
  6. GoF, US-audio

  and so on, with these numbers as [1], [2], [3] etc. in the text of the FAQs.
