Penny, how do you use the FORT? I am a bit confused about it. Is there an earlier post that I didn't catch on how-tos? I am will to revamp my facts for it, to help you!

:)
Dee

  Hi --

I just attempted to print off a set of everyone's individual files so
I'll have those in front of me as I set about writing the FAQs. I've
  run into the following problems:

  1. Dee -- Did you enter your posts into the FORT database that Paul
set up (he has big recurring themes & we were adding message #s into
that chart as well)? The reason I ask is -- your summary is very
complete (and your table is very pretty), but it's not broken down by
subject. It's done by message number. So, if I'm looking for what
posts in your grouping relate to my "Potential Romantic Pairings"
  FAQ,
I must look through each post you've summarized. Any chance I can
persuade you to put your messages into FORT (it's under Database)?

  2. ANNE IN CHIAGO & SAM -- I think we better reassign their
groupings. We also need to assign 7350-8000. So, we need volunteers
  for:

  701-1050
  1051-1400
  7351 - 7700
  7700 - 8000

Heidi has done 3 groups already. Anna, Joy and I have each done 2
groupings each. I can do another grouping or 2 if needed though. If
someone already volunteered for any of these, I've forgotten. :--)

  3. I can't read the document that Anna posted for her last grouping
(5951-6300). Can anyone convert it? <g>

  4. CAROLE -- can't read your excel spreadsheet -- it's empty when I
pull it up. Can you repost?

I was about to go check out the FORT database & see where we have
obvious holes (other than the 4 groupings that definitely haven't
  been
  done).

Thanks everyone (Happy Labor Day to all the Americans!)

  Penny
