I have Microsoft Outlook Express set up to filter all incoming HP e-
mails into one Directory and I also have a Directory for each of the
topics I'm covering. Periodically, I use the titles alone to move
things into the relevant Directories. Then I go back and use `Find'
to pull out anything else of relevance and move it to the relevant
Directories. I also go through the HP `In Box' and delete anything
that's not relevant, and then I might look through what's left to see
if I've missed anything useful.
At the moment, it's like trying to dig out of a perpetual avalanche
with a spoon, so I can't really think about anything other than the
FAQs I'm doing. The best we can do is enlist as much help as we can
in all areas and divide the maintenance up between people. I have no
intention of maintaining 10 FAQs!!!
Some of my friends have decided I must be writing a book (I've often
said I would), as they haven't seen me for weeks. They think I'm
bonkers for doing this (except one, who is an HP convert hurray!)
I have the French version of Book 1 as well, but my French isn't very
good. I like to look at the cover...
