Cross References

Hi --

Is there some easy way for me to indicate a cross-reference that should
be linked to another FAQ or is that something that the person HTML'ing
the documents will handle?  Right now, I have See "Potential Romantic
Pairings" for more information on this topic in my Hermione FAQ.
Obviously, we'd want people to be able to click on the phrase Potential
Romantic Pairings & get taken directly to that FAQ.  Is the way I've
done it okay for now or is there some coding that should go in so the
HTML'er will notice it & take care of it?
