I've been wondering what that invite was I received so long ago. I've
replied so will be able to follow the HPfGU-Mod discussions.

This will actually be a bit more difficult since the HP4GU family of
eGroups have that pesky login requirement. BTW, I am all for this. (Our
Yahoo! group allowed world access.) My uncle called me tonight informing
all the places on the Internet he found my name. I hate having all my
miss-typed and silly messages forever etched on corporate hard drives.

But archiving HPforGrownups has been something I've been meaning to get
finished--I started work on this back in November. Once that is done, I
don't see any problem with placing message archives in the current archive
group. Of course backing up to the same server doesn't give much
redundancy--but at least I'll maintain a copy if no one else will.

I will be able to use much of the conversion techniques, but until I work
out the cookie/login thing it will be only a faint vision.

Paul
