I'd agree with Steve on this. We've all taken slightly different approaches
(I think I've been the least observant of footnotes and annotations, for
example, although I'll probably add some in later) and even different
approaches with different types of FAQ.
It's a bit like the weekly summaries - every one is slightly different in
style to the next, but we can live with that.
