So *that's* what all those elves are for! (I just had a vision of Neil
lolling about in a palatial mansion with dozens of darling little elves
scurrying about with mops, curling irons, nail clippers, trays of dainty
foods, laptops loaded with terrifyingly complex HP conundra.)

Hmm. I just finished studying the assignment list in the database, here's
what I found:
I haven't heard much about FAQ's from Jim (cover art and intl. editions) or
John (audio versions, UK education, wizard clothing) recently. Might John
appreciate some help? (I recall Jim trolling the main group a few months ago
for information about his topics, so I assume he's still on them.)
Then there are Melanie's topics: timeline and fanclubs. I believe Steve took
over the timeline (all he has to do is jot down his own URL!), but did
anyone pick up the fanclub part? And then there' are Margaret's assignments:
Lupin and Dumbledore. She doesn't seem to be a member of the FAQ group
anymore--does anyone know whether she's still in on the project?
* * * * * * *
BTW, a question to the people who know how to spell: does the plural of an
acronym still take an apostrophe? (Thus: FAQ / FAQ's) I think they taught me
that back in high school, but I've been feeling a little self-conscious
about my apostrophes recently.
Baaaaaa!
