FAQs Changes

Making the announcement now, but the Fanfic FAQ still needs to be
changed (I know the Fanfic FAQ isn't your priority Steve ...but it does
need to be changed to the most recent version.  <g> )  I've deleted all
the old versions of that one.  The only version in the Files group is
the one uploaded 7-29 or so.

The Weasley Family FAQ is also ready and needs to be uploaded -- did
that one sometime last week.

Let's see, we decided to kill the FAQ on Similarities between the
Potters and Voldemort so you can remove that one from the Index.  I
notice we have some of the uncompleted FAQs with live links & others
without -- is there a reason?
