Ah, I'm not that sympathetic.  If she'd said "I'm sure someone has said this 
but the archive search is killing me," I'd agree, but she didn't even know 
it had been brought up before, proving that she hadn't read the VFAQ.  Bad 
newbie!  You will be punished with sarcasm (also litotes, metaphor, and 
dramatic irony [TM]).

That's a great idea--very simple and may lure people into the FAQs.
