I am not familiar with what Dreamweaver will do, but a lot of these
programs create unusable HTML, cluttered up with all sorts of stuff
that we don't want, stuff which makes formatting very frustrating. I
understand if people don't want to use Composer. Then it's actually
easiest to work with pure text files, certainly not with HTML
created by the likes of Word or Publisher or (shudder) FrontPage.

If folks want to do that--write text-only files--then after any link
type the URL so all I have to to is cut and paste that URL into the
link, that would be just ducky. (A link would look like this:
website name http://www.website.com ) If you look at the way we lay
out the pages, you'll see that there is a table of contents at the
top, with each heading listed. If you can do that for me too, it
would be very helpful.

I'll have lots of time to update etc. in June, so if everyone wants
to give themselves, say, June 10 as a deadline, I can update
everything at that point.

Steve
