I'd just like to third this. My only concern -- well,
that depends on how you define the meaning of the word
"fantastic" -- was already addressed by Abigail. I
think she's right that linking to the existing FAQs
for guidelines should help; the other thing is that,
unless people forward the entire *list* in to us,
we're still doing better than we are now. Besides, I
kind of like the idea of deputizing the entire list. 
; ) It's nice for everyone to have a hand in this.

P.S. Oh, and one other concern -- Cindy, make it
really, *really* plain that these *are* just for
consideration, or you could have some angry people
when the FAQs are put up without some of their
suggestions. Especially if people start recommending
their own posts.
