Were we going to ask on Chatter, or on the main list? And do we just 
want them to tell us (if so, how?) or can they enter candidates in 
some database?

Hmm..
Why don't we make a database on the main list, so the members can 
access it, and have them log likely candidates? The complexities of 
how to access it will filter a few of them. What do you think?
