I was here at that time as well and the group worked fine.  It may 
have been a
bit slow, but it worked.  If we had a leader, it certainly didn't 
feel like it.
Things just worked.

Sometimes not having a leader can work.  We know the tasks at hand.  
And we're responsible enough to complete them or say when we can't.
