Good News, Everyone!

I noticed on OTC list that Elkins has been reading her way through the 
post-OOP period, so I dropped her a line to ask if she would record the 
message numbers of any particularly good posts she came across.  As it 
turns out, she'd already been doing this, and so she's been sending me 
her lists, which in fact include a short description of each post <a 
moment of appreciation for Elkins, please>.  I've added Elkins' FPs from 
posts 63,000-64,000, and tomorrow I'll do the next bunch.  

It's not quite cataloguing, and indeed it shouldn't come in place of 
cataloguing, especially as to expect Elkins to catalogue 15,000 posts 
single-handed is insane, but it does give us a good start.
