Term Change

Yes, I can completely sympathize with this.  I've had my own Hermione 
moments in this process, though I've tried to subdue them.

With so many of us working on this project, inconsistencies and 
duplication are bound to occur no matter how hard we try to avoid 
it.  Perhaps the best way to handle all of these issues is for each 
of us to just do our best, and then when the cataloguing is done for 
one or two people to sift through the catalogues and topic terms and 
try to streamline and harmonize them to the extent possible.  That 
would be much more efficient than for us to go back and fix our 
catalogues each time we come up with a better descriptive term.  Then 
when we get ready to start the OoP phase catalogue <vbg>, we will 
have a much better list to work with.  Thoughts?
