Most of it was already mentioned in the VFAQ document, including 
links to the images.  Heidi emailed me off list on this thread and 
I've just added a link to the Salon.com article.

I have this list on webview, btw, but if you come across repeated 
questions that aren't in the VFAQ document and should be, please let 
me know direct at neilward AT dircon.co.uk or add them to the 
database on HPfGU-Mod for the next big VFAQ revamp.
