Chapter summaries.

I was noting the first post as the chapter summary, and then I was 
treating the responses like regular posts -- they needed to have 
some good canon discussion to be included.  Sadly, a lot of people 
just respond to chapter summaries with "Oh, hey, I never noticed 
that before!" and I've been skipping those posts.
