Hose tournament?

I keep having a strange sense of deja-vu.
This block keeps covering current topics (including the one I 
mentioned in my last post).

But I can't help sharing this little snippet, which has brightened up 
my afternoon:

"ah but the quiddich cup and the hose tournament are
two different things aren't they?"

The Hose Tournament? 
What is this played with?
Hose-pipes or ladies' leg-wear?
Or both?
