OoP FAQs on Main List

Not a response to your specific question, but along these lines:

1. Did you/we ever make any decision on "volumes" of FAQs? Books 1-4, 
and now we start Book 5? Because it suddenly strikes me that the OoP 
FAQs that the main list has compiled are a *really* handy start to 
the new FAQ volumes.

2. What was the final procedure (or was there one) for putting a 
message number up for consideration as a Fantastic Post (or for 
inclusion as a representative message of a thread, in a FAQ)?
