Team List and Team Name

I never thought when I volunteered to put together the team list that 
this would be such a moving target!  The new list follows my message 
and reflects Simon and Amy's departures and the addition of Dave and 
Naama, as well as the deletion of the Yahoo ID's.  Are we ready to go 
with this?

Also, did we decide on a team name?  Should we set up a poll to vote 
on one?  IIRC, we had the following nominations:  Squibs, newts, 
scamanders, owls, nifflers, goblins...are there any I forgot?  Any 
new nominations from Book 5 (anyone for "metamorphmagi")?
