Eurgh - where'd this color come from?

Yes, these are the new July colors, which I noticed no one had 
changed for this month.  I figured I'd go with American Independence 
day colors.  Isn't it festive!

Yeah, you're right.  I was, er, just checking to make sure you were 
all still out there, sharpening your pencils in preparation for FAQ 
writing.

Here's an idea.  The first person to race over to "Management" on the 
left side of the screen and who is able to figure out how to change 
the colors can create his/her own custom design.
