Now me:
I'm not familiar with the Yahoo databases, so perhaps I shouldn't be
commenting, but I'm just wondering if there might be a way to save
ourselves some time in the future by having a single database for
both potential and actual FPs. I'm just thinking that if we have a
separate database for potential FPs and a separate database for the
FPs we decide to work on, we'll have to duplicate the effort once we
decide to move an FP from potential to actual. If it's easy to copy
and paste rows from one database to another, this shouldn't be a
problem - I'm just unfamiliar with what can and can't be done
technically.
I was thinking that if we had a single database, we could still sort
by "potential" and "actual" to see where things stand, but we would
have a complete compilation of the FP universe in a single place.
Assuming one can sort in a Yahoo database, that is!
Perhaps each entry could be coded so that it's easy to move it from
potential to actual?
I was also thinking that it might make it easier in the future if we
were to put each potential FP under a general header (such as "Harry
Potter" or "Assassin!Snape"). Then the keywords could be subsets of
the general header (such as "Heir of Gryffindor" or "CHOP").
Cindy again:

Me again:
How about keeping everything in one database, but having a code that
differentiates whether the post was pre- or post- OoP?
