My view is that we should all try to identify any Fantastic Posts we 
see on the main list, regardless of topic and regardless of which FPs 
are being handled by which team.

So if I see a great Harry post, I should skip over here and enter it 
into the database.

Which database?

Well, right now, it is in the database section under "Fantastic 
Posts:"

Debbie might or might not tweak this database to improve it and to 
account for Derannimer's suggestions.  Debbie?
