Ooh, don't stab yourself.  :D

I can create one if you'd like, possibly today.  If you'd like to do
it, just create a new Excel file, cut 'n paste the segments, and call
it Addendum_01.xls or something like that.  If you have WinZip, it
would be helpful if you zipped the file to make it easier to upload
and download.

Let me know in either case.
