Should We Move?

Correct.  We could leave this group as is and transfer copies of 
pertinent files to a new group.

Right now, I don't have any Mod powers.  Porphyria is a Mod, but she 
can't make me a Mod.  I don't know if Porphyria has the power to 
invite in new members or do much of anything.  Porphyria?

Penny is a Mod, but I don't know what her powers are and can't check 
because I'm not a Mod.  Elkins and Heidi are Mods -- same story 
there.  

I just figured we are at a natural breaking point (pre- vs. post-
OoP), so we might as well move while it is convenient to do so.
