Just checking in -- I'm still planning to get back to this, but

I think we could do both.  I keep an eye out for posts that should be 
included in my FPs, but since so many are unassigned (and some will 
probably remain unassigned even after we get our new recruits on 
board), we should keep a database where anyone can enter any FPs they 
spot.
