Revising HPfGU -- A History

Hey,

Currently, "HPfGU-A History" contains the following discussion of 
list administration:

"Toward the end of 2000, Penny needed help moderating the list due 
to increasing membership. (See Appendix A for HPfGU Monthly Message 
Volume.) She deputized the first Magical Moderator Team - Neil Ward, 
John Walton, Jim Flanagan, and Jeralyn (Voice Lady) - on January 4, 
2001. Over the years, the Moderator Team added Catherine, Cindy C., 
Kelley, Elkins and Parker, gained and lost Melanie (Ravensclawlady), 
Aberforth's Goat and Amy Z, and lost Jim and Jeralyn."

How about if we keep this the way it is and add the following bit to 
the end?

"In early 2003, the Moderators, Elves and Geists decided to change 
the manner in which the HPfGU lists are administered and adopted a 
system that did not rely on the existence of Moderators.  Instead, 
responsibility for running the lists is now shared across the 
team of administrators."
