Something like that... all of those titles and timelines do get 
confusing, particularly when one is not involved directly. ;-) 

I was working from the basis that Kelley provided in her request to 
us, in which she stated that she had written to MEG to apply for 
membership, in addition to this list. In other words, at the time of 
her request to us she was not a member of MEG; at least, that's the 
impression that her letter gave to me.

Since that was never followed up (not that it necessarily *should* 
have been) I just assumed that she was still not a member of MEG.
