I don't think it is telling.  I receive individual e-mails, so I
wouldn't know if the FAQ list were down.  
 
I wouldn't say the list elves have a monopoly on being upset, either.
Jo didn't mention it to me, so I didn't know.  Had she done so, I would
have wrung my hands and moaned.  :-D

Nah, not bossy and shrill.  Concerned and rightfully so.  I'll send a
