also makes sense from the POV that most of the FAQs are rather more than just
Q&As. Should we, perhaps, think of another way to describe the FAQs
we've been doing so that anything we call an FAQ *is* just a Q&A? I
know Penny has suggested something like "comprehensive, substantive FAQs" but
how about "Discussion Digests", "Topical Digests", "Subject Profiles"...
