Yes, it's completely baby-friendly. Nice & soft, not prone to unraveling
or fading (although I have no idea about the affect of formula on it,
since we never used it). Harry doesn't chew it, but he doesn't chew on
much that's soft - he prefers plastic things.
There's also a beanie baby dragon - only 9$< I think - we could give
both of those. The blankie is only 40$
