ADMIN: What's on topic for the other lists

To Aylihael and anyone else who is confused...  

Okay...this list is for Announcements.  Announcements will include 
copies of ADMIN messages applying to the main list and the OT Chatter 
List.  The other things that should be posted to the Announcements 
list are indicated on the Home page, but can also be found via a link 
in the VFAQ in the main club. 

If you are unsure whether a topic is suitable for the main list or 
should instead be posted to OT Chatter, we have said that anything 
covered by the FAQs is considered on-topic.  The list of FAQ topics 
was, therefore, posted here and on the main list as a guide.

If you have any questions, please send them to the moderators, rather 
than submitting them to this list.

We know it seems like Arithmancy homework at the moment, but it will 
become clearer as time goes on.
