OoP not out until fall?

Since this group supposedly traffics in only confirmed 
information, it may be worthwhile to inquire as to the source of 
this message.  I cannot find any "news item out of Ottawa" which 
discusses the publication date of the Order of the Phoenix.  What 
was/is the source of this report?  Has it been verified?  Just 
wondering.
