Nimbus - 2003 Update

Greetings unto the online fans of Harry Potter! The
staff of Nimbus - 2003 are pleased to announce that
the Swan is ready to accept reservations on its own
system!

To make it easier and, we hope, less confusing, we
have changed the way you can reserve your hotel rooms
for Nimbus - 2003. Simply go to our page
(http://www.hp2003.org/travel) and click the
button that says, "Click here to make your room
reservation." You will be taken directly to the Swan's
room reservation page. 

If you've already registered and indicated you want a
room--don't panic! We have that information stored in
our records and we'll be passing it along to the hotel
ourselves, so you don't have to do anything else.

The good news is that this new system means you can
reserve a room at the hotel now or later, before or
after you register for Nimbus - 2003. Remember, if you
are looking for a roommate (or 2 or 3), you can use
our "Roommate locator" service at the EZBoards (link).

Speaking of Registration.... There's still ONE WEEK
left for Early Bird Registration. Through Halloween,
2002, you will qualify for a special T-shirt if you
support Nimbus - 2003 early! A big thank-you to the
people who have already registered--and a small
reminder that your registration is considered complete
when your payment is *received*. Don't lose out on
your t-shirt because you didn't mail your check in
time!

Lastly, we'd like to invite everyone to check out our
updated FAQ (http://www.hp2003.org/faq.html), to
consider submitting a proposal in answer to our Call
for Participation, and to look for a new design on the
site in the next couple weeks.... And as always, if
