Guest Potter editorials, Q&A and fan art

HPANA is introducing two new sections -- The Quibbler and Potter's 
Pensieve. They're diversions from our primary mission of providing 
the latest HP news, but something we thought would be great fun.

We're asking fans for questions (relating to Harry Potter) they want 
thoroughly researched and answered, for Potter's Pensieve. The 
Quibbler will feature guest editorials, submitted by readers. 
Finally, a fan art competition will showcase a monthly winner whose 
art is incorporated into the header of every page on the site.

Our content is syndicated to Google News, so anything published could 
be seen by any number of people (former MTV VJ Adam Curry linked to 
us on Sunday!).
