Chapter 19
Crime and Punishment

The wizarding world is celebrating the fall of You-Know-Who, but not 
everyone is happy.  Bill is upset that everyone seems to have 
forgotten about James and Lily, and Sirius confronts Peter, having 
no idea what the little rat has in store for him.  Dumbledore 
vouches for Snape and offers him a job, while Snape worries that 
Barty Crouch, Jr. will come after him for betraying his former 
Master.  And finally, Alex and Lowell witness the Longbottoms being 
tortured in Knockturn Alley, and Alex knows it is a sight he will 
remember for the rest of his life.  Unfortunately, the same cannot 
be said for Lowell....
