The FA February 29 *Three Things That Never Happened To...* Challenge

For some reason, the forum wasn't open to registered users or people 
who hadn't activated their accounts yet. I don't know why it didn't 
changeover because it's supposed
to use the "permissions" of the "parent" forum </technotalk> but for
some reason that I can't fathom, it didn't.

So...

The February 29 <a

postings until 
04.03.04 (March 4, 2003) because that's a neat looking date, too.
