Red Hen Collection updated

For those who are familiar with the Red Hen Publications HP essay collection, I have finally 
finished dragging it back into canon-compliance, post-HBP. 

It's a "first pass" job. There will probably be further refinements over time. And there are a 
number of new essays that I want to add. But those may not be ready to go up until the 
usual semi-annual update at Halloweem.

Still, everything has been gone overr and while in some cases "compliance" only translates 
into "not absolutely contradicted yet", the material *has* been modified to reflect the new 
material from Book 6.
