New Fanfiction Site

I am working on a new Fan Fiction Web Site called Tales from  
Hogwarts- Harry Potter Fan Fiction for Kids and other Discerning  
Readers. These are the best stories I can find that are well-written,  
with original ideas, complete and with content in line with JKR.

I am looking for for an artist (as I am hopeless at that). Preferably  
someone who is familiar with Dreamweaver.
For the Title page I am looking for a nightime view of Hogwarts.
