A few new things from FictionAlley:
Eisode 2 of Spellcast is finally up on itunes and for direct download
on the website! You can, therefore, find it at
http://www.spell-cast.com or at itunes via
http://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=156422019
.
Feel free to post and let us know what you think. Hopefully each
episode should keep getting better and better until we start doing
weekly podcasts and get the hang of it.
If you're a big Luna fan, we'd love to have you be part of our round
table on the next episode - you can email us at
spellcast at ... if you're a Luna fan with a microphpone
setup on your computer.
Second, we have added an amazing RSS page, where you can see a list of
all new fics on FA using an RSS reader like LiveJournal or Google or
Yahoo's RSS setups. Our main RSS feed is <a
href="http://www.fictionalley.org/rss/?feed=rss"> and by the end of
this month, we'll have an RSS feed for every era, genre, character and
ship listed on FictionAlley's search page. You can learn more about
FA's RSS projects <a
href="http://forums.fictionalley.org/park/showthread.php?s=&threadid=112472">here</a>.
We also announced our Katie O'Brien scholarship winners - you can read
more about them, and enjoy their submissions, <a
href="http://www.fictionalley.org/scholarship/">on our scholarship
information page</a> - and please keep your eye on that page, because
later this month, we're going to introduce our 2006 Fundraising Items
- we think you'll really like them!
And just a reminder - if you are attending Lumos, and haven't signed
up to drabble or create filks or art in the FA/HPANA Creativity Booth
yet, please do! Just go to <a
href="http://www.fictionalley.org/lumos_creativity/">the application
page</a> and fill out the form, and we'll add you to the schedule.
